    First attempt at sausage

    Looks good. That is how I started with sausage (High Mountain German Sausage). Second batch I added minced garlic it gave it the flavor I was looking for. Now I cannot make enough. All out have to plan a weekend of nothing but sausage.

    Just picked up new Puppy, Can't wait until next year when I can take her hunting. Here she made a bed out of my shoes.

    Disco, Looks to me like you have it going pretty good. I normally smoke my cheese at the lower temps. Less than 60 for around 3 - 4 hours. Dennis
