Military Smokers?
I'm 43 years old and I did not serve. But I want to say to those of you who did, God bless you & your families for your sacrifice and your service. Richtee, I used chips the 1st few times, but I've used only chunks for the last year or so. I'll find the steel pan and give that a shot. Thanks for the help everyone!- beebeque

My advice...Buy one in a store and inspect it well. It took me 6 months of ordering & returning & waiting on replacents til I got an undamaged smoker. New et-73 dual probe
1.) I use an SOS pad on the probes themselves & simply wipe down the rest of it. Never had a problem with this. 2.) I'm gonna go ahead and say the FIGJAM has the best avatar I've ever seen.- beebeque

Since tomorrow features a historic football game (the 1st ever NFL game between 2 teams w/ a record of 7-0 or better) I thought I'd better throw 2 briskets & some ATB's in the GOSM. Starting at about 5AM... and hope to be feasting by 1/2 time. Are you ready for some football!!!- beebeque
