Have you tried calling their customer service, they will be able to walk you through getting the grill connected to your WiFi. I have the RT-590 and Orbi mesh system and had no issues getting the grill connected. I know some people had success connecting by deleting the app and reinstalling.- bearwolf

Recteq or Grilla?
Recteq’s are built like a tank, except for the Bullseye models which seem to have lot’s of issues. I have the RT-590 and have had no issues in the 2 years I’ve had it.- bearwolf
