Hi everyone, I'm new to smoking, but I'm intrigued by how many variables there is to make great bbq. I have read many books and blogs, I watch anything bbq, however like anything else I believe that there is no better way to learn than to make mistakes and learn from them, and to also learn from knowledgeable, experienced people who at one point or another has made mistakes. Thank you all in advance for any tips you can throw my way. Keep on BBQing
