As the title says im looking to get a "real" offset. I have been using a cheepo Brinkman for about 2 years now and have decided to make an upgrade. I have been looking into Lang, Horizon, etc. i am looking to be between $700-$1000. I have never really looked into the better built smokers, so...- basedss
