    Hello from a new smoker

    Hello, I have been lurking for a couple of weeks reading this forum. I have been grilling with propane for years but I recently bought a Char Griller Duo with a smoke box that I mounted. I have just started learning how to use it and have found alot of really good information here. Thanks.
