    Commercial Fridge Build

The innards of the fridge are not magnetic..... So it should be ok correct? I still plan on taking it out just to get the insulation out. But will clean it up and re use if possible.

    Commercial Fridge Build

Hey everyone, been quite a long......long time since I've posted anything. And last night I decided to start my next build. Here's a question, on this stainless fridge, what are the chances the inside being stainless? I believe it's galvanized and will have to get it out.

Ground chuck jerky possible? and any jerky gun tips?

Leaner meat is the only way to go. I have never used a jerky gun...I use a pastry bag and tip. works fine, cheap and reusable as well.
