    Well here it goes... I started off with a cheap aldi gas smoker. Its a good size for what I want and has proven very effective and capable in my opinion and I've had some great smokes with it. Then... Six months ago we welcomed our first kid to the family.. :yahoo: Thats when smoking changed...

    Just thought I'd say G'day from Australia. Been on here reading up for a while so thought I'd better sign up.128077 Using an Aldi special gas smoker. Pretty new to smoking but I have had some great results and some not so great results with different meats. Got some jerky smoking right now...
