    other question i have 4 u to think about   how dry is your pellets or saw dust?   if the moisture content is to high it wont burn properly.

    try closing the upper/exit vent and soak the pecan chips?   i only had a flare up once but that was my falt opening the door allowing oxygen in.

    I use/own the MB  2012 40"  and i did purchase AMNS as well.  My main reasoning for this one over the Bradley is as follows: 1-  Don't want to be stuck/ limited to buying the smoking pucks.  They are alot more expensive than buying chips and pucks are not a universal item.  Wood chips can be...

    I received my letter from Cabela's and called in about a week later with no hassles or issues. The new parts arrived in about a week.  I have not yet installed it yet but dont really see the reason for it, but have not looked at the issue vary closely.
