    Reading their reviews on the play store people are saying there is a bug where the smoker temp gets maxed out and basically goes into a run away climb. I'd never trust just their thermo but that's bad in my book. Seasoning it right now. Man 30* temp difference? Didn't think it would be that far...

    Free is always good. I don't camp many places with power. I run a solar set up with my pop-up trailer but couldn't power a smoker off it.

    Found this poor thing just asking for a home the other day, $329 at Sam's Club. Got the cold smoker add on delivered today from Amazon. I'm seeing that the smart phone app seems to be garbage and is regularly causing problems. Looking like I won't be using that feature.

    Count me in this game too. All the build mods are done. I used the DAP fireplace mortar for the fire box rather than the RTV since people were saying that it didn't hold up to the heat. I used the RTV to seal the stack and the elbow mod. I'm going to build a baffle and tuning plate soon...
