For both I let them on 7hrs at 235-240 cooked to 170 ,foiled, wrapped and coolered for 2hrs, they were hot and juicy when I sliced it. Thanks again for the tips!
Thanks a lot for the reply, I think it gets to about 245, the last turkey breast was about 9lb and it hit 170deg in about 8hrs. I will do as you suggest and probe the smaller, then foil it. Ill try and post the times and outcome on Monday. Thanks again Andy.
Thanks for the reply, I don't think my smoker goes that high, I was more concerned about how much extended the cooking time would be for 2 breasts over just doing 1 bone in breast. Thanks Andy
I have a Masterbuilt electric smoker and I need to do a 6lb and a 8lb bone in turkey breast together . I have never done 2 at once and was wondering about the cooking time. I use a meat thermometer but would like to know a time frame for getting other food ready, if it is like doing 2 separate...
