Meat looks fantastic and I'm sure it tasted the same way. I'm new to this smoking thing and was just wondering what you meant by Wine Reduction Sauce and how to make it and how you used it. I made an eye of round this past weekend, there were complications and the smoke ring didn't get any where near yours. Did you use Jeff's rub or some other? Any input on your part would be greatly appreciated.
