Hey I'm finally back on the smoker project. One question someone told me the RF plate needs to be a inch or two lower at end where smoke turns up into the CC. Is that correct? I was thinking about doing the angle trough back toward the FB with a little drop to a pipe. Then down to an already existing threaded hole in bottom of tank to drain juices. Or does it need to be level?
