Oh this is great! You have helped me a TON! I just purchased a slicer exactly like this today and was cruising around the internet to learn more about it. (I was in the antique store trolling for vintage sewing machines....instead I found a vintage meat slicer! :) It is missing this side pan, but other than that looks pretty good. I have been looking at meat slicers for some time now; we hunt and have three teenage boys to feed. Thank you for all the helpful information.
