Right below your main chamber exhaust add a connector with either a butterfly or slide damper to shut it off or open to the warmer chamber. This way if you only want to use the warmer with no smoke close off the connector and use it that way. If you want to smoke in it close off the main chamber exhaust and open the connector and warmer exhaust and go to town.
