Hand made pine smoker for cheese.

Cold Smoker made from ship-lap rough sawn pine. I have smoked in commercial units and was not happy... so I built one! No plans just went into the workshop and started pulling pieces of pine out of the wood bin ans screwing them together! I did not use any glue or finishes, just stainless wood screws. I made it to fit racks I bought from Walmart to hold the cheese I was going to smoke. I also made provisions to hold larger pieces of meat from a few dowels along the top. I use the Amaze-N-Smoker dust burner in the bottom. I just bought his pellet burner and I will make a separate smoke box to keep the heat down. Will post pictures when it is done!
