I started this project over the summer. Everything is done. waiting for element and PID.
I built a cold smoker to achieve smoke. The cold smoker burns perfect and one fill last about four hours. I can refill it from the top for longer burns. I should have PID and element in 3 days and will take more photos when it is totally finished. Can't wait for the first burn. Ribs, ribs and more ribs!!
