I've noticed that after I have finished smoking and turned the smoker off that there is a lot of moisture/condensation inside my smoker, on the glass door and on the interior walls. This is hours after I've finished. I normally leave the door closed and don't open it until I get ready to smoke again which is normally less than a week. My question is should I start opening the door to let it dry or will that bring on rust?
