Was a extrusion operator and made wire for wind and solar farms for awhile but I got hurt pretty bad outside of work so now I'm disabled and pretty much retired with Lots of time to cook! Probably the only thing that keeps me sane sometimes!! LOL

Mechanic at a bowling alley. A dying breed. Was basically born in a bowling center and when I'm not there I'm probably smokin' something.

I a drywall installer up here in Canada actually found out about you guys over here from a drywall forum I belong to, always trying to improve my skills. I have been a meat cutter for just over 30 years.I spent the first 15 years in the retail sector as a production manager and meat consultant and the last 15 years in an abattoir (slaughter house).I have recently moved into an office position at work (part time) but still cutting meat about 7 hours a day in a wholesale production setting. The abattoir i work in processes about 800 hogs a week (mon-fri) with weekends off where I find time for other hobbies such as Raising Koi fish in our 40 X 14 foot pond (my small backyard lake) My wife and I are both active and working musicians as Impersonators. Myself as James Taylor and her as Stevie Nicks.

I washed semi trucks for 17 years and decided I didn't wanna do that anymore so I went back to doing what I love most. I am a welder.

I'm a chef and cooking is my passion. I'll cook in a kitchen, on a BBQ or fire up my smoker. I cook for family and friends or at my job. Love trying new techniques and will smoke anything.
