I started 4 butts nice and early this morning and all was going well. Temperatures were cool and hover around 38F. Now the temps have dropped to about 33F and it's raining pretty hard and the wind has picked up. The smoker temp is having trouble maintaining and is slowly dropping but still above 225F. The meat is currently at 145F IT.
What's the best course of action in this case? I was hoping to get the IT up to 160 and then foil it and finish in the oven
