Good Lord Rick, I sure hope you are giving all this bread away, or at least freezing it. Cause if your eating it all, you won’t be able to get thru the door in your fifth wheel. So far everything you have made looks delicious. It would be hard for me not to get into those loaves with some ice cold butter!
Nice work!!

Lol

Yeah not going thru the door would be bad for sure. Making allot for the folks here now. Want to get this down good cuz we are going to daughters in KY in Aug for a week and i wanna make good bread for em. We get Amish butter down here and leave it in covered butter crock for when we eat some bread.

Thanks everyone for the likes and being in my bread making journey.

Looks great Rick. Seems to me you have mastered SD. One more notch in your belt for sure. I will have to go back over your threads and maybe ask you a few questions this fall. My youngest son likes to bake and I like to ferment stuff, so could be a father son project for us. Been talking to Chopsaw about a board and knife also.
Thanks again for posting the journey.
