Bad day to be a pig around my place.... Volunteered to provide some pulled pork for my kids school, and I couldn't stand the sight of an empty top rack on the smoker so I decided to toss on some ribs for dinner. Ribs and butts all ready for the WSM and some hickory TBS! The 1 year old St. Bernard on the prowl for some smokey goodness.... lol Ribs all done - finished them off on the grill for a nice finish. Looking goooood! .... you ever get the feeling that your being watched?! Time to dig in! A little close up drool view! .... butts still got about 5 hrs. to go.... but dinner was great! ..... OK finally got to finishing up the butts. I had foiled them and tossed them into the fridge last night since it was 2:00 AM, so I put them into a 250° oven for about 1 1/2 hrs. to warm them up so they would be easier to pull. Right out of the oven. First butt pulled and in the bowl.... both butts are for my kids school so just going to pull them and vacuum pack them for delivery. .... of course I kept a little for dinner! Oven fries, broccoli, and PP sammy. I put Beaver Sweet Hot mustard, pepper jack cheese, Famous Dave's Devil Spit pickles, and a little mayo on the sandwiches..... they were awesome!
