Just started smoking today. Got a Masterbuilt 30 inch 2 Door Propane smoker and have 4 chicken breasts smoking as I type. As weird as it may sound I started to become interested in smoking while living in Beijing, China. A couple guys from the USA opened up a BBQ joint within walking distance of my apartment and I became a regular there. It has been 3 years now and after the birth of 2 children, a move to Kuwait and back to southern Michigan I finally got a smoker. Have all ready scrolled through a couple forums and found some good idea how to make my smoker better. Once I get the hang of this smoker I am going to start experimenting with some things.
