G-day From Whyalla South Australia
New to Offset Smoking, have had small box smokers, Webers and a stripped out fridge converted to smoke 35-40lb Schnapper
looking to learn from you guys around the fine arts of "pit" cooking
have done a briscut, some beef ribs, pork shoulder and some pork steaks that come out pretty good, a little white smoke but not long.
