Have a frozen sous vide turkey breast from Omaha Steaks and want to smoke it.
Oven instructions say 40-45 mins @ 375 foil covered.
Any idea what to do on the smoker ?
THANKS

If your smoker can go to 375 I would just follow their directions without the foil until it hits temp. Does it have skin? Skin needs the higher temp to keep from getting rubbery. I’ve never enjoyed low and slow for poultry, even with a sear at the end.

How about 40-45 mins @ 375 but no foil for starters, then monitor the skin? You might opt to tent with foil if the skin looks dry or is getting too dark. I wouldn't go too heavy with the smoke.

I'm guessing you thaw the bird first? It sounds like the reheat instructions were devised so the meat is thoroughly heated through.
