Throughout SE Asia one of the most popular snack foods is Satay. You will find almost anything Squid, Hot dogs, Snake like I said anything but my favorite is Moo (Pork) – Gai (Chicken) Satay. You can always find vendor with fire going ready to fix you up with 6 meat sticks and bag of sticky rice for about $1.

As you would guess there are as many recipes as they are vendors. Check them out on the net, you may find something that will really catch your eye. The one I like is using Peanut butter/Coconut milk/Curry marinade and dip. This would make a wonderful change to toss on the grill. Below is video from You Tube that shows you how to make. She a little boring but my wife said it was good recipe and I always check with her first to make sure it's authentic.
