??smoked beef shoulder clod for pulled beef

    I saw mention of this on the Raichlen site, anyone ever do this? Mentions it's the equivalent of a pork shoulder, but in the 20+ lb range. I can' image how long this would take! Just wondering if anyone has ever done this, it looks great! Pic from the website.
