Hello everyone! My name is Joe, I'm from NJ/USA and I have a BBQ Pro Barrel Smoker with a side fire box. I just bought it last month and have only had the opportunity to smoke baby back ribs so far (which came out alright!).
I'm looking forward to reading/learning a lot around smoking meats as I'd like to eventually go bigger/better down the road with my Smoker.
