Smoked a 4lb picnic roast for about 7 1/2 hours. Wrapped when temp got up to 175F. I was busy with client issue. Oops. Still juicy and flavourful.

Looks tasty, we always do extra around here, vacuum pack and freeze the leftovers. Excellent quick meals when needed.
