have a difficult time when using the grinder to fill the casing there is so much pressure it is diffecult to have the ground sausage to go into the casing
Ok, so you are stuffing from your grinder. Do you have the worm, plate and knife still in the grinder with your tube? You should only have your worm attached along with the stuffing tube [assuming you have the correct size tube]. Best advice is to get a stuffer. Reinhard
