Just doing about a 10lb pre trim weight pork shoulder for dinner this evening. Most people will be having corned beef that my cousin is making but this is for the people who aren't a fan of corned beef. Mainly the kids. Pic is right before going on.

I'm not too worried. It'll have about ten hours in by the time I'm supposed to be over to their house. Should be fun!
 
Internal about 155. Plus clock just hit noon here, time for a beer. Cigar City Florida Man DIPA for anyone who cares! I'll post pictures finished of I can take them fast enough before the savages get to it lol.

Cigar City makes some fine beers! So about a good smoke session and a tasty IPA. Looking forward to pics!
 
Finished shot before coming off the smoker. Pulled pictures coming soon. Won't make the carousel but the wife has already enjoy a piece or two
