Welk here is the first of mods i am doing to my perfect flame smoker

stove gasket around the door and a chimney so i can smoke in the garage this winter i will take some more pics later but here is one to get started.

Total price for
door gasket $7.00
all pipes and fittings
and misc stuff for job $32.00
total price $39.00
Getting to smoke in my garage drink a beer and watch a game or the race all in the same place priceless
 
heres a pic of it in action if you look close enough you can see the tbs on the right side im smoking some cajun chicken
