Hello All, I'm new to this forum. I usually don't do these but I like smoking. .i currently live in NJ and I've been smoking now for about 20 years. I started when I got a free Brinkman from work, cooked a pork shoulder and I've been hooked ever since. I currently have a stacked and a pit smoker and I enjoy them both.
