From Buffalo Texas and have been smoking, grilling and cooking since I was a kid.  I've got a large wood smoker on a trailer and a propane smoker (Smokin' Cajun) but I've been interested in selling a pellet smoker at our two feed stores.  The only info I've looked at is the Louisiana-Grills line.  I've joined the forum to get some feedback or suggestions on pellet grills and also if pellet grills are even worth my time and initial investment.  We carry two lines of propane smokers (Cajun and the Holland) but both have been slow sellers.  Any ideas?  Is a pellet smoker worth the $$?  Thanks for any help you can give me.

Hello and welcome aboard! I use a pellet pit (RecTec) and love it. They really seem to be increasing in number and popularity here over the past year.
