Hello, just checking in here at the front desk! I lucked out and picked up an Oklahoma Joe's Longhorn for $100 from our Harley owners group chapter recently. It has only been used for cooking hot dogs, with charcoal in the smoke chamber. I have done a few briskets now and am ready to move into some pulled pork and bacon. Stopped in here and found some great threads, so I joined up. Look forward to learning lots!
