No got called into work but will be smoking tomorrow afternoon!!!

Did get some basic things to get smoker ready. Picked up a cast iron skillet for wood and a oven thermometer. Already seasoned the smoker on Sunday. Have two 4 pound Boston butts in the fridge with dry rub on them ready to go!!!

Any recommendations on cook time?
