I’ve been grilling for 3 years and smoking for 1 year. I currently own a kamado joe big joe and a 22 wsm. I have a 500 gallon reverse flow offset on order with an insulated firebox. I bbq upwards of 6-7 days a week and am obsessed lol. I look to get into large cooks and competition cooking in the future.
