I'm new to the forum and look forward to learning. I currently use an 18.5 Weber Smokey Mountain. With tips I've read here I've had successes with chicken, pheasant, ribs and pork butts... I'm new to smoking but really enjoy reading the forum and watching the you tube videos.

l have a question that I will here but may also post in another thread as well..

Would a Bradley 6 rack be a smart addition to the WSM? I thought it would be more convenient during the winter and when I'm in a time crunch throughout the year. Also thought it would be easier to do jerky and cold smoking. Today it was 26 degrees and windy and my WSM handled 2 chickens with no problems. I already purchased the Bradley and am second guessing my decision. I bought it at cabelas and could always return it.

Thanks,

Mike

Welcome to the forum! In my opinion, you can't have too many smokers. I have 5 & they all have their own unique advantages & disadvantages.
