Thought we should introduce ourselves ... Hubby and I have been lurking since we got our first Smoke Hallow propane upright smoker this spring. Followed the advice of several posters and got a digital temp pro also to better monitor IT and ET at the same time. So with that THANK YINZ ALL for the smoking knowledge shared.
We have made great pork and beef ribs, chuckies, whole pork loin, burgers, hotdogs, and turkey. Here’s a few Qview of our first attempts.
