Have always had the philosophy of "when all else fails, read the directions". I am from Sacramento CA and I am becoming a Smoke-a-holic. For the last 2 months I have been in the closet with my family. Without their knowledge I had been going to forums and chat-rooms. Now I have finally taken the 1st Step and publically admitted it. They are encouraging me to gain further knowledge in my quest for purification. As "Garth said,' I'm not worthy'". ROCK ON SMF!

Welcome aboard. Have seen a few of your posts so far, looks like you are enjoying this hobby. It's one of the few addictions where theres no known cure, good thing for that. Look forward to your future smokes and contributions to the forum.

Glad you stopped by Roll Call, was wondering when you were going to tell the family your tasty little secret.
Once someone tastes some fine home smoked Q goodness there is no way they wouldn't LOVE the art and (somewhat) hard work of smoking, if watching temps, drinking beers and sampling smoked meats could be considered hard work

Oh yes, if want to learn about the wonderful world of wood smoke and meats, this is the place to be!

Welcome aboard & enjoy the ride...it will take you to places you didn't even know existed if you let it!

Hey, you just gave me a great idea!! IF you smoke your meat in the closet, the neighbors will not get anymore free smells without your permission, and if you smoke within the closet, no more worries about weather conditions.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!
