That looks sweet! Make sure you post pics of the finished product! I've been resisting buying knives. I actually have pretty decent knives for what I need but I do want to get some fancy steak knives. Lately I've been obsessed with cutting boards and live edge serving boards. Some pretty nice stuff out there.
