I just got a new smoker for Christmas, assembled it all and was ready to start seasoning today, but cant get it to light.  I can hear the gas and see the tiny spark, but it wont catch and light.  Anyone experience similar problems?

This one defiantly deserves a call to the manufacturer for this problem.
