Looking at a Stoker...have questions

    I am looking at purchasing a Stoker for the custom rig. Anyone have any advice or experience they would like to share?? I would like to know how efficient they are? How hands free? What size I will need, etc,etc....

    They work great I have one on my Lang 84 you will need a 25 cfm fan and it looks like you have a sliding type air inlet on you fire box. I am not sure but you may have to fabricate an adapter for it and he does have extra long probes you can buy with the setup to reach your cooking chamber. I have some pics off mine in this section just look for the heading lang 84 with stoker pics.

    I have no opinion on commercial temperature control systems, but am curious on what made you choose the Stoker over the BBQ Guru?
