Hello all, Michael here from Alabama. Beginner level is what we're starting at. I've done a few things on an offset firebox smoker(a cheap one from walmart), and now I'm moving on to to building a vertical smoker. I enjoy creating foods and making stuff from scratch. I make cheeses, breads and my own root beer and what not. I now want to try my hand at sausage making. Shortly after this thread is created I will move to a different place and share my progress and questions I have on my vertical build. Thanks!
