Hello everyone!

Newbie here from Hampton, GA...

I'm fairly new to meat smoking, about 4 years now.  I'm currently using a bullet smoker I converted to electric. I've been reading a lot of posts on this forum and have been impressed with the friendly nature, positive attitudes and your willingness to help others.
