I have never gotten real quality Q off this smoker, but after reading this forum for a few weeks I think this is the best I've ever done. Can't wait for the new pit to be done.
This was for sure the best I've ever made. I used a basic pork rub. Then glazed with melted butter and brown sugar every hour. Cooked fat side up and the top tasted like maple bacon.
