    Just got a Green Mountain wood chip smoker/grill.  Smoked Country ribs this past Tuesday, wow was it moist, never expected that.

    Over the weekend I am going to smoke Ribs, Potatos and Corn on the cob.  Any suggestions would be welcomed.
