Just started a 6 pound butt

    I just started a 6 pound butt about 20 minutes ago.




    I rubbed it last night, wrapped it, and left it in the fridge overnight to contemplate itself. Put it in my GOSM big block and am targeting 235 with hickory. I did some before shots, but I haven't figured out Qview yet. I will try again later and let you know how it came out, tonight.

    As bought:



    rubbed with my own rub (used smoked paprika)



    wrapped and into the fridge to consider itself overnight:



    It's been in for 2 1/2 hours so far and is up to 106 internal
