So I've run out of time to order some pre-mixed Italian seasoning for the S. Fl. Gathering... Looking for a homemade mix of both regular and hot... along with how much to put per 1lb of mince...
I have used the search feature (worthless in my book)... And came up with only pre-mixed store bought... I would much rather use sources from here (SMF) than an outside source...
