It wouldn’t let me finish my question. I want to wrap something in this side pork and smoke it. I’ve wrapped venison and water chestnut with bacon but this side pork doesn’t have
 
I thought I could get some ideas on here but doesn’t look promising, I will go someplace else
 
Spell check got me, it was uncured belly, 12 packages and I’d like to use it somewhere,probably will just fry it like bacon and just have side pork

I'd like to help you, but not sure what exactly the problem is. Did you want whole belly but got a bunch of small slabs? or was it sliced into thick cut bacon? Did the butch go over a cut sheet with you? Did he ask how you wanted the belly cut?
